Underpriced Furniture

I brought a sofa and love seat on January 2015. The color on the sofa and love seat is peeling off. I called and spoke to miya who had me to send picture all the tags on furniture I was told they have to go back to company. I was contacted by the company that they would send someone out on on oct11 2016. I have not heard from anyone since. I call myna back I haven't heard from underpriced. If you don't buy the warranty you are out of luck. I year and it cracking and the color is peeling

We worked with Gavin and what a pleasant experience it was. He was not at all pushy but was very informative. He helped us pick our sectional couch that we are also very happy with.

To say this was my worst shopping experience in decades is an understatement. I fail to understand how they stay in business. Avoid it them at all cost!!! Customer service and attitude i would expect in North Korea! Quality is poor and prices are not low for quality. Tom Buckley is a big liar. From the owner to the customer service manager I don't know if they understand customer service. Twice they came without legs for the dining table and insisted they leave part of it. I refused. Third time after i spoke to owner and customer service manager and they promised a discount for the trouble, they came without the middle leaf of the table! The delivery people said the warehouse manager said "she did not need it". This was in lieu of the promised discount. They did not even apologize! The beds i sadly accepted delivery of, were not all wood as promised. i had to argue for hours on the phone for them to come and replace the slats that were cracking before we even slept on them (this is a $650 bed). They had to replace the drawers in my kids beds and even now they have problems. It is a joke. One of my worst shopping decisions to buy from them. I should had knows; for $3000 they said they could not give me even $50 discount because of their low margins. I was in a hurry and went along with it but ended up getting crap and wasting way too much time and money.

I have never written a review before for a business , but this got me rolling... first they claim same day delivery only for them cal me with excuse that one of the item on my order is out of stock which they have just ordered in so my delivery won't be till about a week after... well I swallowed that, now the very delivery date they brought the wrong product... called them and they said they working to resolve that... with their attitude of the lady over the phone... when you going in to their store it looks typically like mad women market pl.. employee overage working back and forth and so ready to screw up orders at expense of kind customers... Never will I or someone I know shop their again...

I worked with Danielle at Underpriced off Dawson Blvd. She was very attentive and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast and friendly service...especially if you are looking for great furniture at excellent prices!!
