Overall

I contacted this contractor (Moosa) on 07.06.13 to install 2 ceiling fans and move 2 ceiling fans. When he left, we all agreed the fans were NOT balanced. He said to give it a week & see if they settle.



I pay him in full for the services provided. I have documented proof that he has been paid. He tells me he only takes cash or checks although his website clearly states he takes credit cards. My first mistake.



I called him back on 07.15.13 because they were not settled and wanted to schedule a follow return. He has yet to return my calls. I call him back several times over the next two weeks to confirm a date and express my discontent on him not even doing the basic, which to me is returning my call.



After chasing him down for a month, he answers my call today. He tells me about working at Carrabba's Italian Grill doing a big job at night and he could not tell me when he could get to me. I asked since we were finally on the phone, can we just set a date and be done with this. He said, "No" and hangs up in my face.



I call him back to let him know that at no point in time have I ever been rude nor unprofessional to him. He has been paid so I have done my part. When I say you at minimum owe me an apology, he hangs up again.



I could not encourage nor recommend anyone wasting time nor money with this contractor. Another red flag should have been when another customer kept calling him because she had been out of power for over a week waiting on him. I took his word this customer was being unreasonable. I did not follow the age ol' adage of if he'll do it with me, he'll do it to me.
