Elmwood Apartments

How come is it I put an application in about 2 yrs ago they wouldnt let me in because of a stop payment on a check,but they are letting in people that has drugs, when you have to say something your self to one thats over the apts you dont even live there and they get it done,they also have bedbugs,and i dont live in nicholasville,the deposit is rediculas there $450.00 and up.there is nothing but trouble there.the apartments are run down,they let any one in there but i coulnt even get a place there because of a stop payment,I dont think the people runing it is doing a very good job at all,they let whom they want in there dont even check there back grounds
