This is one of the best businesses that I have ever encountered in my sixty-five years of youth. As a matter of fact, I travel from Havelock to Newport to engage in discourse with these employees. The customer service extended by them reaches beyond the normal course of business. All of the employees at the desk go out of their way to extend not just professionalism but kindness and courtesy as well. These are not just services extended to me; rather based on information and belief, these services are extended to all customers. This location should be a training model for all of your branches to show how customers should be treated.

I went to this office to get an application. Office was closed from 1:30 to 2:30. Information not on web page. Sat in parking lot for 1/2 hr. Watched all of the customers come and go. Most all parched in handicap parking slots. No evidence of handicap. People sort mail coming out, turned and took back miss sorted box mail. Trees blocking NEW BURN POST OFFICE letters on building. Employees not happy..but understandable with hours being cut resulting in poor service. Called the office today, no answer, went to fax machine.

I go out of my way to use this Post Office. The workers are all so pleasant, very professional, efficient and remember you no matter how long it is since you have been there. Superb service. The MHC and Havelock USPS locations should take a lesson from these ladies! They are excellent at their jobs and very nice people to do business with.

Do not do business in this office. The employees are so rude and I feel they do not appreciate their jobs. I went to pickup a package this morning that my mom sent 3 months ago. This post office needs to close down NOW.
