Quest Diagnostics

I had gone on Friday to quest to draw my blood - the lady had no clue what the doctor ordered - she was guessing as she was putting the order in the computer - while she was doing that she even handled urine specimen from another patient while I was in the room !! I had to tell her to wash her hands - after that I called the doctor myself to confirm the tests and she was wrong and made believe she knew everything - at that point I simply walked out from there as I was frustrated and all I wanted was my blood test to be dione !?!now if u r not sure wouldn't u be the one calling the doctor s office instead of make believing u know it all !! I went to the office and trust me all was clear but took another copy went back to quest this time a very and experienced person drew my blood did not even feel the needle - for her I give her ***** star as she was simply proffesniol and did her job well ...
