This one tops them all! Yesterday I went into a branch to make a CASH deposit into my daughter;s account. These morons wouldn't take the deposit because I am not a signer on the account. IT'S A CASH DEPOSIT YOU IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a check from Great Britain in Pounds and went to deposit the check. The official exchange rate was listed at 1 GBP = 1.51 USD. I noticed the deposit slip showed a very low amount and when questioned about this I was told that their exchange rate for checks was 1 GBP = 1.09 USD. I was losing over 27% compared with the official exchange. That added up to quite a bit of money given the check was for a few thousand pounds.

I applied for this card and they denied me. I applied with Cap. One and was approved for both cards that I applied for. ITS THEIR LOSS!! If they had taken the time out to look instead of being quick to deny people, then they would have seen that I pay my credit cards ON TIME!! Not to mention I purchased a truck 2 and a half years ago and HAVE MADE EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT ON TIME!! AGAIN THEIR LOSS!

I was given a check from someone that has an account with chase , I went to one of chase's branch to cash the check and cause I did not have account with them I was charged six dollars to cash the check , which was theirs from an account holder I totally think that is ridiculous. I have never been charged for cashing a check that is accompanied with the bank on the check

Chase is not concerned with working with people they even charge to cash their own checks like a check cashing place. Cheapskates!

SUFFERING FOR A CHASE EMPLOYEE MISTAKE

MY MOMS ACCOUNT WAS USED FRAUDULENTLY WE DID EVERYTHING THAT HAD TO BE DONE TO GET THE SITUATION FIXED. WHEN IT CAME ACROSS TO THE RECOVERY DEPARTMENT SOMEONE THERE PRINTED MY MOMS CASHIERS CHECK WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS THEY MISSED IT MY 1 DENOMINATION ADDRESS IS 16211 THEY'RE INCOMPETENT PRINTED IT OUT WITH 1611 NOW MY MOM HAS TO WAIT FOR 30 DAYS TO GET HER MONEY BACK. NOW SHE HAS NO MONEY FOR HER MEDICINE,FOOD,RENT. SHE'S GETTING EVICTED. WHY DO WE HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE A RETARDED CHASE EMPLOYEE MISTAKE. NONE OF THE DEPARTMENTS COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER & THEY ALSO ARE RUDE TO THEIR OWN CO-WORKERS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE BANKERS THAT DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC. "CHASE CORPORATE U NEED TO FIX MY MOMS SITUATION"!!!! I WILL SHARE MY STORY WITH EVERYONE. LET'S SEE HOW THINGS WILL CHANGE.
