My first license I got in the 90's. Regulation was different then. Now it's gotten much harder. I decided to go back into the restaurant game.I started with another firm, but they obviously had no clue how to do it. They put me under a wrong category for my application. That's when I decided to stop the process with them and go somewhere else. I went to Rezzonator services and they got everything done really fast. Yes, the paperwork is a pain but they made it as easy as humanly possible. They also give a guarantee. Overall I had a really good experience with them.

This was my first liquor license so I can't say I have a lot of experience. I have a small restaurant in Brooklyn. We opened with just food (mainly a north Italian cuisine) but we soon found ourselves missing a big piece of the market because we didn't have beer and wine. This was when we got really serious about getting our liquor license. These guys are really serious about their paperwork but I guess you can't blame them for that. They came in and took the pictures and picked up the paperwork and processed my case. We were lucky because there was a drop in activity of people applying for the license. I got my license in about a month or so... Overall really smooth process. My case manager was very nice pro about it all.

Awesome service - very cool :) told me they would get my license in 1-2 months. they got it in 3 weeks...
