Bay View Neurology

I've been a patient at this office for about 8 years. The past couple of years have been difficult with getting prescriptions called in and return phone calls in a timely manner. As of 8/2018, they've had a change in their front office staff. Everything is 1,000% better since then! The staff is answering calls, returning calls, and working with the doctor and pharmacy to get issues addressed and scripts called in efficiently! Its such a welcomed change that they are back to caring, compassionate care. Great doctor, efficient, friendly office staff = happy clients!

I give this office a two because after almost a week and 25 calls trying to get to anyone but a voicemail, I was finally able to make my follow-up appointment. Instead of being seen a week after my procedure, as I was instructed by my doctor, I was given an appointment a month later. Dr. R. Shah was very respectful and helpful, but they need to have more office staff in order to get the phones answered, and they definitely need to work on how long you have to wait for an appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. R. Shah since 1998. The office staff are very caring and helpful! I have never had to wait more than a couple days to get in to see the Dr. They always make you feel important. If you are lookinjg for a very educated group of Neurologists, Bayview Neurologists is where you should go! You will not be disappointed!
