Spencer Apartments

I have been a resident for the past 8 years. When I first moved in the property was great! I loved it. But within the past 3 years, the community has gotten so invasive it is RIDICULOUS! It is subsidised housing and they never let you forget it. It is a constant harrassment living here between the office staff, patrols, nosey neighbors, inspections, and MULTIPLE cameras...you cannot help but to feel imprisoned! And God forbid if you have a man on premises... the patrol will stop them for walking to the dumpster and run their name. I understand this is meant for security, but you are unable to live a normal life being here! The inspections are normal when living in low income housing, but they go overboard just to be nosey to see what you have going on inside your household. They have even gone to the extent of cutting down trees so that they can see each door on the cameras. This is so-called safety precautions, but it is more than evident that they are only concerned about themselves and controlling their residents lives...the last thing they are worried about is their residents!!!! This is not the HIlton by far!!!! The office staff is rude, belligerent, disrespectful, and down right abusive at times.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!!
