Carrollon Manor Apartments

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in, and Brenda Newman, the manager, is the rudest person I have met in my life. She does not like you if you are any race other than African American or if you are under 40. We have been here for a year and a half, paid our rent on time every month, and had nothing but problems from the staff.
We've had them refuse to do maintenance (even emergency maintenance when the water in my bathtub started gushing non stop took 2 days!!). They've towed the cars of our guests, even when they were parked in visitor parking. They've harassed us by insisting on coming in our apartment every week for two months, and even turned off our perfectly functioning AC in the dead 100+ degree heat of summer for a week, saying it needed to be replaced. Don't get me started on the roach zoo. Our neighbor below moved out and as soon as she was gone we were INFESTED with roaches- I've never seen so many or so many different kinds of roaches!
To top it all off, I came home yesterday to a notice to vacate and they refuse to give a reason why. They are putting us out on Christmas!


Don't rent here. You'll regret it, and they'll put your family on the street during the holidays.
