Zumbach's Gourmet Coffee

I am a home-roaster and barrister. Since I had to wait about a week to get green beans, I need to buy some green beans immediately. Since I heard about this place many times, I decided to drive down there. To save your time, I'll give my evaluation first: other than the fact that they roast in the premise, there is nothing special about this store.

First, I tried a cup of Brazil Daterra, one of the easier to roast and a kind of basic bean in the sense that it can be blended with almost any beans. I was not impressed at all. It was muddy, noy the kind of murky taste of Sumatra coffee. It didn't reveal any characteristics of Daterra
