Absolutely useless people working at this post office, they WON"T answer their phone. Had a package valued at $ 500.00 get delivered to the WRONG FRIGGIN ADDRESS and they knew it was the wrong address because they told me label was messed up but they 'guessed' and delivered it anyway...filed a complaint for their total lack of professionalism at this post office

Once again, they never answer the phone. However, the Sellersburg post office answered on the second ring! Plus it was a real person and not a recording. Also if you are trying to get a passport the Harrison County Clerk's office doesn't need an appointment as long as you have the Application, drivers license, birth certificate, photo (CVS did mine for 12 bucks), and two blank personal checks.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Been trying to get a passport and they never answer the phone and when I went in they bitched at me for not having an apt. WELL.....maybe if you answered your phone you wouldn't have people walking in inquiring about passport applications.

No answer yet again... I purchased things from Amazon that were shipped via usps... I got the It's been delivered! Text, yet it's nowhere to be found... Call to clear this up and no answer... That's some great customer service!(Sarcasm of course)

To reiterate what everybody else has said they never answer their phone I have the best mail carrier but the worst mail service go figure

why bother calling they never answer the phone
