Provided by SuperpagesThis is by far the best cab company out there. We have used them exclusively for years, once we found them. Prior to finding this company, we had a couple of bad experiences with several other cab companies. They always arrive prior to the designated time, are never late, and have honest rates. We recommend them to everyone.
First of all, the driver was very rude. He also didn't hear very well because of his advanced age. He had a very old map which didn't have the place of my destination. He was very disappointed that I don't know the way. Finally, I asked him to go to the closest metro station and was very happy, that we found it and arrived safely.
I have been using White Top Cab for years. They are always on time or even early. Normally, I have to be at Ronald Reagan Airport between 400AM & 600AM. Their drivers are very friendly and courteous. I have found their rates to be honest.
I called the cab at 9:30 for a 10:10 service. At 10:15 I called again, and the operator told me that the cab will be there in 10 minutes. At 10:30, no cab, so I called again, and the operator told me that the cab picked up someone "on the way", and will be there in 5-7 minutes. Forget it, they are not the only taxi company. Will never ever deal with them again. It was the worst service I ever had with any taxi.
The ad says they are available 24/7. I needed a cab for 2 a.m.
When I called the operator said they have no cabs after 10 p.m. She was rude.
