Tumino's Towing Inc

This company does not deserve one star. I had no choice of not giving one star, otherwise, my review would not be posted. This company rip-off their customers. They charged extremely expensive. Their towing and storage rates are much higher than the close-by towing companies. The front bumper of my car was scratched when they towed it. When I called it out to the staff in the shop, they talked loudly and furiously to me. They were mean, rude, and nasty to me. While I was disputing this matter with the manager, the clerk gave pressure and pushed me to sign a release document. I did not notice there was a very fine print (almost invisible) on the document saying that once the customer signed the release paper, they would not responsible for any damage. So I was tricked by them. I had a very terrible experience with this company. They ripped me off for almost $300. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Try your best to stay away from them if you do not want to be ripped off and treated disrespectfully.

Its my first time to be towed. I was expecting the worst but this guy that handeld me is the best on this profession.coz to be honest the first who approach me is the lady chubby behind the desk and just giving me no hopes in getting whats important inside the car. Until this guy just ask me and said he is the one will assist me.. at first i thought he is be more strict or arrogant.. but he is a life saver!!! He is an angel who will help you out eventhough ur thinking of hopeless scenario i swear to myself this guy is the best... i hope all the blessing and good karma come to him.. coz he deserves it... i salute people like him...

The arrogant fat slob woman behind the counter is rude ugly and has a but the size of a house. the other misfit who goes by the name danny plays a tuff guy. between them both they only serve to cause arguments and create trouble. they except cash payments but claim to have to change to give back and I was overcharged 10.00 because they claim to have no change otherwise you will not get your car of which I was overcharged. these people are on the same level as main towing who is another bunch of crooks
