all I can say is great service and would use them again.

Hope this place never tows your car after it is stolen and left in Detroit. Because when they get it in good running condition they strip it and I have the photos to prove it. I am looking for the name of the owner so I can take him to court. When I asked at the tow yard the got nasty. By the way do not report them to the Detroit police because when I did try to make a report and showed the police my photo evidence they told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. In less than two minutes my cell phone was ringing and I stepped out of the station to answer because it said no cell phone use in the station and OMG it was Executive Towing asking why I am down at the police station saying they took parts off my car. Needless to say the police would not help me. This is the EXECUTIVE TOWING @ 6445 E HILDALE DETROIT MICHIGAN. I wish it would let me give it a zero star but you must give a one star to post.

if u are looking for a job do not work for these people they will work u for three or for days for about 12 hours and then get rid of u and they won't pay u for it it's just free labor for them

Called the evening of 28AUG10 to schedule a pickup the following day for a car that I had just bought. Spoke to the night dispatcher Dana and was told that it wouldn't be a problem, the truck would be there the next day at 11am sharp.



The next morning, I called around 9am and received a busy signal. No problem, they're busy. Called back at around 10:30am, no answer, goes to a cell phone voicemail. I verify the number and try again, get the same result. I try the two alternate numbers, and again, all the calls go to this same cell phone's voicemail. Left a message after 11am, with no truck, and called Boulevard and Trumbull. They gave me an accurate ETA and advised me of delays by phone.



Cost me a bit more, but I'm happier than I was with "New Executive Towing".

Recently I was involved in an accident and my car was stuck on top of a railing and a stairway leading into a local church. They guy they sent out to remove my car did a great job; I was expecting there to be a lot more damage done to my car from the tow operator but this guy took a few minuets and looked over everything and explained to me what he wanted to do and that there may be some additional minor damage because of the way my car was positioned. To my surprise this guy picked the car up with is tow truck and turned it around in mid air then sat it back down with out so much as an additional scratch. He took another look at the car and removed some lose debris from under it and told me it was safe to drive. This guy was top notch and I would trust this company to take car of my teen daughters if they ever needed a tow!
