Long on promise, short on delivery (actually, a no show on delivery). Confirmed my appointment at 8:00 pm the night before delivery and according to the owner, we were 100% on. My guys show up at 7:00 a.m. for the 8:00 delivery and low and behold, i get a phone call around 7:30 saying his truck had broken down and he was going to have to push the appointment back to 10:30 or 11:00. Irritating, especially since we confirmed less than 12 hours prior, but I'm a reasonable person, so i let it slide and was just going to eat the 2-3 hours labor costs. And what do you know, 10:29 a.m. and the phone rings again. Now, all of the plants in Austin are shutting down for the day and he won't be able to make my delivery at all. This, after he assured me 3 hours earlier that all of the plants are open all day today and that he would "get it done" today for sure. And the worst part about the whole deal is that he could absolutely give 2 s#@%s, and actually was throwing me attitude because HE had to cancel. Bottom line is that you don't have too many options when you are looking for a small concrete delivery, but unless you like unreliable and unprofessional shysters, i would avoid these guys at all costs.

The owner forgot to call in my order so i had 4 workers standing around with nothing to do for 3 hours! I called about 10 times to see what was going on and got NO response. The trucks finally arrived and the owner, Matt, lied and said there was a delay at the plant. I asked Matt to cover the cost of my workers for 3 hours since the mistake was his. He refused and demanded full payment, continuing to lie and belittle me. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, irresponsibility and childishness from a proprietor. Please stand in solidarity with me against business owners who do not deserve our business!

I had called and asked to get a job done. Upon recieving information about the price, I was quite shocked. It was high for the amount of work that was to be done. It was because of this that I called the company number in order to inquire. I merely wanted to get things clarified and a some reassurance would have been nice. When I called, it was the worst part of the whole experience. The person that answered the phone had a horrible attitude and tone. I was trying to make myself clear in explaining what my concerns where, but I was merely given a foul attitude and a plethora of expletives in response. If you are looking for some work to be done, I would not recommend this company. Although I cannot speak for all, I am putting this down as a horrible experience in my book.
