Rusty's Junk Car Buyer

I was sad to see my 01 VW Passat go but the money I got from Rusty was the best. If you are selling your broke down car call these guys, trust me you will receive extra hundreds. Fast tow , I got my checks and very impressed at the end. A+++

These guys came and got my truck from the shop that it was in. It was like they did it and let me know they were finshed. Great customer service!

I contacted another place before I came to Rusty's. That place was almost the same process as Rusty's, except after they take your car, you have to wait for them to send you a check in the mail. Their offer was very low, and when I checked their reviews on line, several people said they had to wait a long time to get their money.



So I called Rusty's. They were courteous and polite on the phone and were able to give me an offer quickly. They were not able to match the amount I asked for, but they came close enough that I wasn't too disappointed. I met the driver at the location where the car was located at the time he said we would meet (on time, I like that). I gave him the title and keys; he gave me a Bank of America check (which I had no problem cashing). Done deal!

This company definitely has very understanding representatives and they are very clear about everything, i did not have one issue with them it was quite easy called in got a quote then recieved a call from the towers we set a time to pick up my truck and an hour after that it was gone! I would recommend them!

I had a 2003 Saturn Vue with about 97,000 miles on it when the transmission completely broke down. I looked around online and at several mechanics and junkyards and the cheapest replacement that I could find was around $3,000. Since I didn't have that much money, I called Rusty's Auto Salvage and they immediately hooked me up with a wholesaler who was offering $750 for the car. The whole process was quick and easy. They towed the car for free and mailed me a check for $750 within 2 business days of picking the car up. I would highly recommend this option to anybody with a broken down car that costs too much to fix. The representatives that I talked to on the phone were always extremely nice, helpful, and understanding of my situation and made the whole process much easier on me. If I am ever in the same predicament again, I will 100% call Rusty's again.

I found that dealing with this company was very easy and I didn't even have to leave my house,....ok I let someone use my car to go out of state,long story short there was an accident and my truck was totalled and had to do everything over the phone,and rusty's did all the work and paid storage an tow plus I got a lil cash for the totalled truck...coulda been worse.

Rusty’s Auto salvage did everything they said they would. Driver came by house, I handed him the title, signed it gave him the keys. Then he gave me a check on the agreed amount.

Loaded the truck up and drove off. Couldn’t have been any easier. I will recommend this service to any of my friends that wish to depart with old equipment.

Thanks for all your help in my process of selling my truck. I do have one suggestion in regards to the check process. I was told it would be a certified check, that was not the case. The gentlemen who picked up the truck actually wrote it out. It's not a good process and now I have to wait more time than needed for the check to clear. This has delayed my need to take care my business as of today. Thanks for allowing me to give feedback. I hope this part of the process changes in paying the customer. Thanks,

Don't pay attention to the other reviews as I was quite happy with the price I got and the great service. Next time, I won't call anyone else but Rusty's.

I thought it was really easy all I did was call them up was on the phone for 10 min and the next day my car was gone. Very simple and no bs process.

Very good customer service, their reps were very kind to me and my son. They gave me a quote and kept the deal open for me so i can think about what i wanted to do with my car. Called back the next day, got offered the same deal and got my car removed the same day! Can't get any easier then that!

It was actually quite fast, thats what i needed in my situation and they did work at a fast pace also recieved my check and it cleared. Thats the most important part!

I called, they offered too little, they called me back.....and offered a little bit more. Then called me again after I told them I sold it to their competition, and tried to tell me they'd beat the price. When I told them what they offered ($1200) they called me a liar and said no one would ever pay that....well I sold the car the next morning with no problem for the $1200. Don't waste your time.
