Riker's Automotive and Tire

I took my 2005 Acura in because the electrical had completely shut down, Riker's did a thorough review and determined that i needed a new Alternator...which i had already figured. They took care of me that day, didn't try and add on any other services and it was done for a very fair market price - much less that my dealer would have charged. for an Alternator Replacement. I will definitely be returning for further service! :)

I can honestly say that i have never been treated as nice in any auto repair shops that I have been in. The place was immaculate and I was able to get work done on their WIFI while waiting.The repair was priced fair and I was treated like royalty!Way to go. I understand that they have a second shop by Sea World!!! I recommend both!!!!!!

Not only do they treat you fair and honest, they have the best waiting room in town!!! Both locations!!!

I have delighted with the service and assistance from Riker's. They are honest, don't try to talk you into a bunch of stuff you don't need and always go above and beyond. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

There should be a "worse than awful" rating just for this place. Not only are they overpriced, but they have horrible service! I wanted them to find out what was wrong with my A/C. They were advertising that an A/C test would be $39.98 so I took it there thinking it would be a good deal, they charged me about $100 for spending almost two hours (which they said was going to take a total of 45 minutes) finding out that the compressor wasnt working and wanted over $800 to replace it! Then, when I said no and took it back home, I found that they actually broke the heating/cooling knob switch in the cabin! So i took it back and told them and they looked at me and said "That is not our problem." DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Careful going here. Quoted pricing on "complete" brake job of $544.They kept adding on items until the price out the door was $835.00. Upon test drive decided the front wheel needed new bearings at another $400.00 Then tried to sell a battery at $100.00 installed. Bought one elsewhere for $71.00 installed. Bait and Switch specialists.

I can't say enough about the guys and gal at the Orange Ave store.They are simply the most trusting group of people in the auto repair industry in Orlando. Great Work!!!

I was 1500 miles from home, broken down, and all alone. Rikers went above and beyond to make my breakdown bearable. Everyone in the shop was polite, attentive, and understanding that I needed to get up and running as soon as possible. Being a girl in a repair shop, my first thought was how bad the situation was, as I had heard the typical 'girl gets taken advantage of' stories from my girlfriends. But Rikers was just the opposite in having a very female-friendly experience. I was treated with courtesy, compassion, and understanding. After my Dad looked over the bill when I got home, he confirmed to me that Rikers did only what was necessary and at a reasonable cost to me. THANKS GUYS!

I have been going to this location for over 6 years now. They treat you fairly, and they are not overpriced. Please give them a try, or even try their new location on Orange Ave.

KEPT BRINGING MY CAR BACK MANY TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. NEVER DIAGNOSED PROPERLY AND THE ENGINE WAS RUINED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
