        even though i felt comfortable calling to ask questions, everything was waaaayyyy over priced.. going in for puppy shots and was charged OVER $100 more because of services i was not expecting and i was never informed of the extra costs or asked if i even wanted the extra services until check out. yes i love my puppy, but i felt like i was being drained for money.
