In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to visit us, let us help you celebrate their life and bring closure to their passing. I loved the life we shared All the times we played I was so very tired And knew my time on earth would fade I saw a wondrous image A place where all of us can meet again On the other side are meadows rich and beautiful There are animals of every sort, all are healthy! My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed I wanted to go run, but I had something left to do I needed to tell you...I'm all right This place is truly wonderful Then a bright Glow pierced the night. The Glow of this Candle shining bright and strong And I knew then that it held your love And you would remember me forever...

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Our beautiful bunny Reno died in late January 2015 at the Animal Hospital. She was 9.5 years old and lived in our home with her brother Vegas all her life. She had many medical problems and several surgeries throughout her life. She was partially paralyzed in the last few months of life. Like her brother who died before her, she was to be cremated and her ashes returned to us for eventual interment with our ashes in a communal urn. Throughout her life we thoroughly researched all medical procedures and medicines to ensure everything done to her was the latest and best medical practice. What we failed to do was check out the final act – her cremation. We relied on the Animal Hospital who in turn relied on the assertions of Quiet Waters owner, Bill Graham. Neither the Animal Hospital nor we ever visited the crematorium before her cremation. We learned two weeks after the hospital had Bill Graham sign for her body (and after we started asking where her ashes are) that he “lost” her. He acknowledged signing for her remains yet had NO RECORD after that. He uses a paper slip of paper to log in animals. No “toe tags”, no anything to ensure you get your animals ashes returned. After much questioning he finally concluded he burned the identifying slip of paper with the plastic bag containing her remains along with other animals that were not to be returned to their owners. Her ashes were dumped in the Greenwater River. The corrugated prefab crematorium building (we did not go in) smelled like a rendering plant. A reputable crematorium would not smell at all and would welcome visitors. We had to insist on getting the location (not shown on the webpage for now obvious reasons). This whole operation is shoddy, with no reliable tracking and careless record keeping. If you value your precious pets you will not use this business and inform your Vet should they be using Quiet Waters Pet Cremation to terminate the relationship and find a reputable pet cremation service.
