Ben came out to install a new garage door today. He did a great job installing the door. He was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the quality of the new door and with the service Ben provided.

One of my springs broke, and I had to call them for repair. Service was great and my garage door is working fine again. Their price is also very reasonable compared to other companies.

The spring of my garage door was broken, and I did not know how to Fix it. So I searched on the internet for a company that is close to my place. The professional guy came in the weekend and fix it. He did a very good job with a reasonable price.

I had Professional Garage Door Illinois work on my garage door because I had noted problems with it opening.

I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. My technician, Jimmy, was personable and friendly, yet professional. He explained everything that he did and why. He also showed me how to do routine lubrication maintenance on the hinges. He noticed and explained one problem with the door assembly that could have resulted in a big problem and fixed it for me.

Jimmy emphasized that if any problems persisted, they would come back out and fix them for no extra charge.

I was happy with his work and would use them again. I recommend them.

My garage door had a rail cable busted which kept me from being able to open it thus keeping my car hostage til i can get it fixed. so i needed it fixed soon. They were able to schedule a technician within 90 mins of my call. Ben answered the call, and in a little over than an hour, he was able to replace both cables, since the other one was about to snap also, replace all my old rusted rollers and do an inspection of the rest of the components. He was friendly and knowledgable, definitely a pro! Very satisfied with the service provided.
