Platinum Glass

BEWARE!! I placed an order with Matt at Platinum who quoted a 10-14 day turn around time. 41 days later and I can not even get a returned phone call. Their business hours are only 5 hours a day (9-2pm) and closed all weekend. The woman who runs the office is very rude (Diane or Diana). No customer service skills what so ever. I made several calls to the office, leaving my return phone number (which was also the same as on my order) and after a week of calling, she finally picked up and claimed that she tried calling me back at a different number. I attempted to get an ETA from her and she had no information and made no efforts to look into this, only saying they were on back order. No apologies, nothing! I requested that she look into the back order and give me an estimated date and she was to call me back the following day. That was the last time I spoke to them. I called Matt a week later directly and did not receive a call back from him either. I elected to move on to another company. Called HALLMARK Windows and glass in Fraser, MI. $100 LESS and done in 7 days. I highly discourage anyone from using this company. I am so thankful that they did not require any type of deposit.



Also, according to the business listing on Manta, the ratign below by Matt Olesky IS the owner of Platinum Glass...... sooo that's something else to consider.
