Nighthawk Alarm

Great service I have had them for over twenty years . Evrything about them is local never had a problem.I have recommended them to several people.

I signed a three-year contract with Nighthawk and have been disappointed from the beginning. First, they began to charge me more than they'd said and I realized that they hadn't given me a copy of the part of the contract that stated they would give me this deal. When I told them they treated me as if I was liar. The installation damaged my hardwood floor which could cost up to few hundred dollars. The pin pad installed made loud beeping noise for a minute every time it was set, which woke up my infant every time. After two months of trying to fix the situation, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. It wasn't until I threatened to leave the contract that they had a serviceman come out and fix the problem, it took him all of five seconds and he couldn't believe how easy it was (after making my life a mess with a newborn!!!)

They have called me names, told me I was a liar, and I finally backed out of the contract. They also didn't call when the alarm went off.
