Mr. Roof

We live in a big old house. some of the roofing companies that came to our home did not seem interested in doing the work. Mr Roof was used to hard jobs and I have seen them do a lot of work in the neighborhood. I hired them and they did my house in one day. They had almost 15 guys working on the roof and they were very efficient.

I would like to recognize Rob for being very professional through a difficult job. The financing fell through at the last moment but Rob was able to go to another source that was happy to finance the roof and siding at a reasonable interest rate. THANK YOU ROB

Mr. Roof did everything on time and as expected, as well in a timely manner. Great job done nothing negative, just a good review.

They got the work done quickly and I was very satisfied. The worked hard, and they cleaned up so well I didn't find any leftover nails. They were all professional and friendly.

MANY MANY issues with my Mr. Roof install.



Mr. Roof's estimate for my new roof install was priced in the middle of 3 roofing estimates received and yes, their 1 day install in very enticing, but beware...



My experience so far have been:



Mr. Roof installed a new roof for me which resulted in multiple leaks in my home.



Their work crew used my wood pile as a urinal. When I addressed it with their sup. on the job, the guys - who could only speak broken English, denied it, even though I saw them from the kitchen window. I told them it was ok to use the john inside the house... go figure.



I am still finding roofing nails and shingle pieces in the flower beds.



Note Mr. Roof hires subcontractors to perform repair work when there are issues with their work. If you have no issues - your lucky and will probably like the job. If you have an issue - a leak or any type of follow up needed - you are SO SCREWED!!!



If you have a simple ranch roof - they may work well for you - if you have multiple angles, vents, dormers, or an older home(50+) etc... DO NOT USE MR. ROOF!!! Run away very fast.



When you have a tear off - (3 layers of shingles), be aware that Mr. Roof may leave gaps in between your new roof and the dormer, eves or etc. They no longer fill or cover the gaps they leave and you will have to hire someone else because Mr. Roof does not provide this service.



Jeff at Mr. Roof, is the guy who works with you when you have issues on the new roof install. Reasonable and will do what he can to fix the minor issues. If its a large issue and he needs to go to their VP of Sales, forget it, you will be treated like Dirt! This guy will not return your calls, will avoid you and when finally acts like a VP, will basically tell you to deal with it yourself.
