If I could give this company a big fat 0 I would they have the most disgusting customer service there so called manger “garett” was so unprofessional he hung up on me twice was yelling over me and wouldn’t let me speak NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY HAVE A BUSINESS!!!!!!!! AND THEY LIE ABOUT THERE PRICES !!

DO NOT HIRE them, damaged my front door bottom, the frame around the door and the threshold. Charged me twice the travel charges to come and did not give me a choice of a new lock, put in the most expensive one and all the costs were not disclosed until after it was done, The technician stated my door and frame, threshold was damaged before he started , he did no do that and I had 4 witnesses at the house at the time. I called back 3 times was told a supervisor will call, and its been 3 weeks no one has called back. Filed with BBB and the States Attorney a compliant. $280.00 for a senior on Social Security, shame on them

They took advantage of me, i was locked out and late for work so i needed my door open. On the phone they told me it would be $15 for the tech to come out and $35 for the lock to be picked, well once the guy got there he fed me some line of crap about the type of lock i had was an expensive type and that it could break so the price would be $120 to pick the lock amd told me that the quote for $35 was for the most basic of locks. First off i have a normal door handle lock that isnt anything special so that was a load of crap, also not once did he ask mr to prove that i even lived there. I didnt have time to find another lock smith so i had him pick the lock which took less then a minute, when i went to pay he told me there is a charge for using a card so altogether what i was told would be $50 ended up being $183

Locksmith connection - Had a lock rekeyed in Fontana today. Had a communication problem with the locksmith. Instead of rekeying he changed the lock and without informing me that the lock cannot be rekeyed. When he got there he did not ask the tenant for a key to rekey the one front door lock. I am Very disappointed with the work and the way it was handled.

Ok sooo let me start out by saying this I'm not going to sugar coat it just to save you from the same mistake that I made by choosing this company and being tricked all at the same time. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They really mess with you. I called they said only it would only be about $35 ok sounds good right. The guy shows up and he charges me with a phone charge?!?!?!?!?!? WHAT?? Then they charged me with the phone charge at $136........ WHAT?????? What just happened?!?!? I confronted the guy about it and he says I don't make up the price and then I called them and they are like yeah that's the price...... What the @#%% ?? They seriously trick you into thinking oh its not going to be expensive and they charge you about 3 times that amount. If you don't want to get tricked then please I advise please stay away from this company they are really messing with you.

Terrible company. They send out a technician and the tech messed up my cars computer. Tech didn't have the equipment to complete the job. Still charged me $65 for a key that didn't work. I called to rectify this and the company said they weren't responsible for their techs!! What?!? They also hung up on me 3 times. Bad business at its best. Shame.

Lied about what key was needed. Said key needed to program but it did not. The key needed didn't need to be programed.

Told me their starting rate was $119 for a new car key with $15 service fee. Turns out $15 is just for them showing up it's a $29.95 service fee, on top of the $119 jumping to $175 for cutting and programming the key, and $85 on top of that for the actual key itself. That's a grand total of $289 for one key when the Honda dealership offered one key for $169. The lady on the phone told me I was getting a deal. I'm pretty sure they were the ones getting a steal. Very unfortunate the technician was very polite as was the woman on the phone. The business itself is who I have an issue with the pricing is insane and a flat out lie.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! my daughter was locked out of her car after getting her key stolen, I called to setup an appt and get a cost, I provided detailed car, make model and year, told the price would be $135 to make a new key of course when they show up they want to charge my daughter $452, I told my daughter to let me speak with the technician tells me this car is much more complicated, BS they see a female vulnerable and know I'm not going to leave her there, which they are correct. Called the office and told them I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Excellent and professional customer service. Very timely responses to my email inquiries and friendly staff. The only issue I had was that the tech was a little late on the first occasion, but I attribute much of that to the difficulty in finding my location. At any rate, he had no difficulties finding my place the second night and was on time. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company and there isn't much more I could ask of the benchmark customer service and expertise they bring with them.
