Great local shop with customer service that I haven't experienced in several years. Family owned and operated - they even stamped the key numbers onto the keys (can't get that done at just any store) to match the existing keys. I ended up spending $10. to get the keys duplicated instead of the $49.00 I'd have spent to have a mobile guy come out to do the same thing! Shawn B. Dana Point, CA

I have used Laguna Locksmith several times in the past and they have always been there to meet my needs. The personnel is very kind, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. When they have someone come out, they are very fast, and get the job done in a very timely matter!\. They have always had a solutions and they offer very fair prices. The woman I had talked to (her name was Sandy) is the owner I believe but definitely knows her business. Plus, this is the only shop in Laguna Beach. Definitely a winning business!

I can't believe I locked myself out again! Unable to reach my friend who has a key to my place left me in a bind. I had heard about Laguna Locksmith so I called them. Thankfully they were able to respond quickly and I could get on with my day. Professional, and quick service is what you can expect from them.

I was having trouble with my front door lock, I had someone look at it and they informed me they had fixed it. I believed it was fixed and paid them. Nothing changed. I continued to have difficulty opening and locking the door. Sometimes I couldn't even get it locked. I had another lock issue (I had locked myself out of my safe) and I decided to call Laguna Locksmith to get these issues taken care of correctly. They were polite, efficient and remarkably helpful. They fixed both of my problems quickly and at a very fair price. I would recommend them and use them again and again without hesitation. It is nice to find a business with values as well as a caring and friendly approach!

Was in a bind and called this locksmith on a Sunday morning at 7am, needed to get my entire place rekeyed. They had a locksmith at my residence by 9am as promised. The technician was a very personable young man, very professional and very helpful with what I needed. When the job was completed I was surprised at how affordable the services were for a Sunday morning. This is the only full service local locksmith in Laguna Beach, CA. I have been into the shop on South Coast Highway many times to get locks fixed, or to get keys made. I have never had any problem with the keys made at their shop. It is a family owned business who cater's their customers needs and goes the extra mile to get the job done. Their field personnel are friendly and courtious, and always show up on time. If you need a locksmith anywhere in South Orange County this is the Locksmith to call.

Great service, excellent work, fair prices. What more can you ask for! I was very happy with their responsiveness. They rekeyed all of the locks throughout my home and they worked much better and smoother than before. I got new keys and better working locks.
