Kelley Wrecker Service

I had an issue with a car key, so dealt with Kelly Chevy car lot, who go through Kelly Wrecker. When I was making an appointment for Kelly Wrecker to tow my car (at 9am), everything seemed okay, scheduled, and taken care of. They said they would get to my car as soon as they could. Well, at 2:30 I called again, seeing my car wasnt towed. A man answered, said I was second on list, they'd get to it within an hour. 5pm rolls around, cars STILL not towed. When I call AGAIN, a woman answered and very rudely says I was NEVER on record, they NEVER took my call, that I was lying about the appointment, my calls never existed, then went on to say "Ma'am, I dont want to argue with you, but you did NOT call us earlier." Yeah....unless there are TWO kelly wrecker services with the same exact number at the same exact location, i think i did. I will never go here (or parkers due to same owner) again.

The first time I went into the shop I was greeted by a younger woman with red hair that was polite.It was the first time I've had to deal with an impound service and it went pretty well. However, when I went to retrieve the vehicle another much older woman was at the desk. She had grey hair and glasses. She was extremely rude and had the nastiest personality I've ever seen. I was asking simple questions because I didn't understand the situation. I could understand the behavior if i had been rude to her but I was not. I will NEVER be returning to this location in the future nor will I EVER pay for any of their services. I will be calling the manager in the morning. Avoid this place if at all possible. There are much friendlier services out there.

After waiting an hour in a cold car, I called back. They said they had it as a "code 2"....???

Cancelled. I told them I would call someone else.
