Hilly's Hooker Service

Wife stranded in Granby with flat tire after hitting a moose (!). AAA sent Hilly's, who put on spare and had her follow him back to Fraser, where he opened the shop on Sunday and repaired a hole in the tire. Definitely above the call of duty!

"Hillys Hooker Service tow truck driver caused severe engine damage to my vehicle during a jumpstart. Do NOT accept any cold weather starts from this company!!! I called Geico Auto Insurance for a jumpstart for my truck. They sub-contracted this service through Hillys Hooker Service from Fraser CO. The driver I believe his name was John was in a hurry that day. He quickly set up a booster battery pack to one of two batteries in my truck. He hooked his truck battery up to my other battery. He attempted several times to start the vehicle this way. Then he sprayed approximately a half can of ether into the airbox of the engine. There is a warning sign on the airbox that clearly states NOT to spray any fluid into the airbox as it can result in severe engine damage. It did. The driver made unusual comments like its probably time for an engine rebuild anyhow and you dont care you just want it started. The aggressive actions he took that day resulted in severe engine damage to my vehicle. My

Martin help me by towing my car which was stranded on CO. Road 53 near Fraser. He was extremely careful to avoid damage to my car while working hard to extricate it from a very difficult and precarious position. He did the job as if it were his own personal vehicle. You can't ask for more than that.

Following a recent roll-over accident on W-bound Hwy 40, just outside of Fraser, Hilly's sent a very capable (Mark, I believe), professional and friendly employee to recover, right and tow our 'totaled' vehicle safely out of the ditch and away from the highway. I particularly appreciated the very first words he spoke to us, "I am so glad you are both ok and have no injuries." Thank you Hilly's and Mark for making a difficult and scary event a little less painful.
