Hensley's Stump Removal

Unpleasant experience. They simply don't keep their word and apparently pay close attention to who is calling so they only answer or return calls from new customers and leave the ones they already have taken money from to voicemail, which they won't callback. You'll notice they advertise EVERYWHERE and this is because they need to in order to keep new customers coming in, as I doubt they get much repeat business, at least based on my experience.



Alternatively, I had a good experience with https://www.facebook.com/buckettruckforhire in the Marion area, a business I had complete the very simple tree work SCAMsley's tree service couldn't complete.



Go elsewhere and save yourself from SCAMsley's low quality customer service.

Never came. Call two days out to just cancel. Next week call two days out said coming. Day before postponed again. Told will find someone else said ok.

I hired Hensley's Tree service and was well pleased with the way they performed in a professional manner and left my property in better condition than it was before they arrived .

Removed 3 trees and stumps and topped 4 trees and was done in a timely manner removed trees with limbs that was hanging over the house and service lines to the house , was impressed with the equipment and the skills that the crew showed.They quickly responded to are need for an estimate and was able to start at our convenience,and with a very fair price.Will call Hensley`s tree sevice if needed in the future.
