        Great service

        they showed up on time, told me what the problem was, told me how much it would be to fix it, and took my VISA card for payment two and a half hours later for the same amount that they quoted me upfront. Better than I wanted.

        Honest & Straight Forward

        I love these guys because they tell you up front what your problem is and up front how much the cost will be. Any savvy person knows that when you receive an estimate , the final cost should not be far from it!! I reccommend that you call Grayton Plumbing. Period!

        Not good service

        They charge you $55.00 for inspection. Then they will tell you how much the job would cost. They could quote you $500.00 for a particular job and they still keep the $55.00. They WILL NOT tell you what's the going rate would be...it could be anywhere from $200 to more than a $1000.00 for a job and you have to decide then and there whether you have that much cash to give away!

        We understand the homeowner who wants a "ball park" figure, this is a common request. We do not use ball park figures, because too often our person on the phone is not a plumber. Our plumbers are out in the field servicing our clients. Another reason is that we are often without the proper information to get the diagnoses right over the phone. We prefer to have the plumber give an accurate cost estimate on what he sees in person, as opposed to guessing over the phone. If for any reason at all a client is not satisfied, we will redo the repair or refund their money. Can you get any fairer than that?
