A lot of money doesn't buy much at this shop. I had Gary and his crew install an engine in my car because the factory engine had failed. The engine he installed failed also, at less than 6200 miles! I babied that engine. I checked oil and coolant levels before the engine was started, daily.

Never were the levels allowed to drop below factory recommendations. When that engine failed I contacted Gary at G & S and he said he would check it out. My expectations were obviously too high because the car sat in his service parking lot for over two months without any work. Finally after numerous calls to him he gave me another "proposal" to replace the engine yet again! He could not even tell me what had happened to the engine yet here he was telling me that the engine that his crew had installed needed replaced. He would not help me on the cost of the engine even though it failed with very low mileage on it! Some advice from me would be to avoid this "shop" because the people there obviously don't care about the work they have done as long as they got paid.

I feel cheated and the money I spent was a waste going to this dishonest business and they do not deserve your business!
