        Overall

        The Cosmetology Dept is so disorganized. Hardly has any students. Not enough supervision. Took forever to get a service done. The students seem to get to decide whether they want to do services or not. Then the service itself took forever with very little teacher involvement. No wonder the salon was empty of customers.
