Flawless Finish Tile & Construction

mr majid of course you post this message before i talk to you. but so you understand. when i contracted you job i asked you for no money on our labor and material. in fact when you paid me u were very pleased. and im sorry for any inconvienences.but you must understand in which many people dont. when i put you in my schedule igave you a window of 1 week. you were in my schedule for a month. you switched tile numerous times and could not come up with a decision. upon startinng your job, the morning i walk in you inform me that you had gone and ordered a diferent tile selection on your own in which the tile would not be in during your window opening we scheduled you for. you had a month to configure this. so yes your job did get very confusing and didnt follow the contract guidlines on time. and i cannot make tile appear. nor can i make you reselect tile to where we have no materials to work with. and im due apologize to you not realizing the tile you ordered would not be in . but this is not our fault. in deed you did pay for the job. were happy with the finish. but i will admit knowing that you waited to 1 day before our job start date to order tile had me flustered , being that you had plenty of time. and being that we are a highly recomended and busy company you are not our only customers. so do you thinkits fair that i rush thru somebody elses job just to hurry back to yours because you waited to the day before to figure out the tile. and even when we went and picked them up and paid for them for you we brung them back and you changed your mind again. you have to understand you contract and slow end timing,work ethics and job completion were solely due to you inconvienencing our schedule. we gave plenty of time to select tile. and that is why i like to do all of the ordering and usualy dont let my customers do this. for the fact i know when the tile is due in and can make sure that when we start the ob we are able to finish it in a set number f dayz that we left you a window opening in our schedule for. and if knowing your tile wasnt all going to be in i would have rescheduled you so we didnt inconvienence any one including you our customers , or us. when i quote your job i base it off the numbers of hours it going to take to finish. i didnt quote your job to half to come and install the wall tile. then come back to install the bullnose. then come back to install the recess soap dish chairail. then come back to install the landing tile.knowing i had to install all this at seperate days made my trips twice the amount in which i still finished you job in a timely matter without any extra to you. when realy i could have done this all on one day like i quoted you to. so im sorry we put you on the back burner for a day or two but you must understand i do have many customers to take care off and keep satisfied. and its not fair to inconvienece them because of the timing of the tile you selected. all and all you complete bathroom remodel was done in one week staill and looked great. and you hapily paid us. and yes money was important to me i expected the money on the date of completion in which would have been what the contract stated. and again its not fiar for us to have to pay for your material and then wait for payment while wondering when the tile you ordered will arrive so we can come back to put in a few special order pieces. so im sorry for you misunderstanding on timing. hope you love you beautiful bathroom. wish we would have talke a few days ago so i had a chance to explain to you what i just typed before degrading my advertising. its a shame. i did the best i could not inconvienence anyone.

This is obviously not a customer and an upset x-employee and its very sad you have to use my advertising as a vice to get back at me. To all homeowners reading this message so you know we are a zero down company on any job up to $100,000. So if any work is done incorrectly or poor we do not get paid on the job on all materials and labor until job is completed. We do this to prove to our home owners that we are the best at what we do. If you even find a grout line out of whack on one of our jobs you got the job done for free. Anyone who deals with Flawless Finish will realize the review listed above was absolutely ridiculous. To whomever sent the poor review I hope you feel good about yourself after doing so but you will have to find a better way to get back at us.
