Dont take chance on using this towing company! we had our car towed after incident that left the quarter panel sitting on our rear tire so we specifically ask them not to tow from the front, but they didnt listen and picked up our car which caused tire damage. They could damage your vehicle too and along with asking them to pay for our tire now they deny any responsiblity and lie about the damages, typical bad company for towing and all they want is your money! will see them in court and post more from the outcome!

Fisher's was called out for an accident I was involved in. Because I didn't have the several hundred dollars needed to pre-pay for towing, then get reimbursed from insurance, I had no choice but to let them tow it to their lot, and get a ride home - leaving it to the insurance company to have towed to the repair shop.



There is nobody at the storage site during the day, and you have to call ahead of time to have someone meet you there if you need to get items from your car.



I had to meet someone the day after my accident to retrieve items from my car. I told that individual that I need to release my car to the insurance company. I also called the main number, and of course nobody answered, but I left a DETAILED message, giving my name, my car, and giving all insurance company info and stating that I was releasing the vehicle to my insurance.



Surprise surprise... but that afternoon I get a voicemail from.... my insurance company! telling me that Fisher's won't release my vehicle because I never told them to release it to the insurance company tow driver.



They do a nice job of towing vehicles with no damage, but the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing around there. If you have to store your vehicle from an accident - go elsewhere. And if the police are calling a wrecker service from an accident - see if they can call anyone else but Fisher's.

They came out within an hour, he was very professional and courteous. i would recommend then to anyone and I will never call anyone but them for all or any towing needs! Thanks guys! Your Providence Customer
