Evergreen Tree Care

About 2 weeks ago Evergreen Tree Care did a sail reduction on a 130' Douglas Fir in our back yard. All went well and the cleanup was excellent. However; about two days later we noticed a couple of fairly large dead branches that were missed. We called Paul back to arrange a time for Evergreen to come back in order to remove the branches when they were in the area again. They arrived on Nov 3rd and promptly removed the errant limbs.....But, there is more to the story. In the time between the sail reduction trim and the time they showed up on Nov 3rd we had a couple of high wind days which resulted in loose branches, twigs, pine cones and pine needles falling from the subject tree onto the ground as well as all over our yard. This was expected so no big deal. We raked up all into piles and were going to put them into the yard waste bin for pickup on the next few Waste Management pickups. Apparently, we moved too slow as when the crew from Evergreen showed up they not only did what they were sent to do, but they removed the previously mentioned piles of waste as well as the heaps of leafs we raked up as a result of high winds a couple of days prior. I’m not sure how other tree services would handle our particular situation but they absolutely went above and beyond what they were contracted to do. Great job Evergreen.

Your crew came to my home and removed a willow tree.

When I recieved the initial bid, I was impressed with the the Sales Rep. His knowledge was evident from the start. However your bid was not the lowest but I felt your Company was the one for the job because of the Rep. I was not disappointed!

Rarely does it happen when four young men are togther for any type job that they are All wonderfully mannered. Not only to me but to each other. Please let all of them know how impressed I am with all of their combined skils

Evergreen performed tree trimming services for our home in Federal Way. It was clear from the moment they arrived this was a well-trained and exp. crew. The Crew Leader verified with me the tasks to be done before beginning any work. I observed him and the crew regularly consulting and assisting each other as they worked on each tree. The trimming materials were cleaned thoroughly around each work site and totally removed from our house.

One tree near our front porch required more trimming which Evergreen crew provided in a Professional and friendly manner. On both days the bottom line for Evergreen was to safisfy us as customers.

Job Well Done!

The crew arrived yesterday and got to work at mid-morning. They waited for the wind to abate (It really didn;t) and then the chipper roared, Antnio climbed the fir trunk and limbs began to fall. He decended a ouple of times because of the wind, but finally I heard a very large thump and the trunk was down. About an hour later a large part of the yard was covered with Douglas fir rounds. I want to pay tribute to the the workers, who I beleive were from the Z Crew. They were industrious, competent, cautious when necessary, and did clean-up quickly and effectively. I was especially impressed by two men: the truck driver for his careful skillful maneuvering of the truck and chipper into place; and the Climber (Antonio) for his work under windy conditions and also for his courtesy and eloquence as he talked with me about the job and the crew. I beleive it was the Maynard who was the Climber on the first day the men were here. He and his men are equally deserving of the above comments. T.C. West

Two weeks ago we hired salesman John Sinclair with Evergreen Tree Care to clean up several trees on our 20 acre Woodinville property. The experience was absolutely flawless! They showed up on time with proper uniform and impressive equipment. The crew was very polite and friendly. They diligently worked across our property like a small army and when they were done it was all swept and cleaned better than before. They did everything they said they would do and we are very please with their expertise and execution. These guys understand the nature of trees and all growing things! I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed the work that you and your crew at Evergreen did for us. Not only has the tree work enhanced the beauty of our vie, increased our property value, but also made our home safer.



First of all, when John came out to our house to access the situation he was thoughtful and took time to explain everything we needed to know. He had a tremendous knowledge of trees and what to do with them. I had a very special Japanese maple tree that he said would be handled with care and explained the difference between what had to be done for safety and what would be done to enhance our property and view.



His crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were very polite. They kept our property clean and did not damage any plants. And yes, my beautiful japanese maple tree was handled with care! The crew worked very hard all day and at the end of the day we had a gorgeous view and evertying was cleaned up. Everything you said you would have them do was done!

Hard working crew, very professional, & safety concious. The Crew Lead worked with me throughout the job to assure my satisfaction. We reached agreement quickly on any and all issues that aroseduring the 2 day project.

Definitely get a very detailed contract if you are going to use this company. I contracted to have very tall maples trimmed, and "density reduction" was clearly stated on my contract. That does not mean at the top of the trees!! The crew trimmed a few branches, charged me a lot of money, and never reduced the density at the top of the trees. After trying to work with them to reduce the tops of the trees, I was informed they "can't really do that." If you want the tops of tall trees thinned out do not use this company.

I hope they don't take too many people's money before they go out of business.



Terrible operators.
