Drexel Company Refinishing

Vern at Drexel Company Refinishing has refinished a number of tubs in our company's rental property portfolio and both we and the tenants have been pleased with the quality of the work. We plan to use Drexel for more refinishing jobs in the future.

Vern was very nice over the phone and friendly to my husband when he arrived to give us a quote. I was really looking forward to working with him because I had heard he does a great job and was referred to him by a co-worker, however; he wore his work boots in my house and tracked mud throughout and even worse, wore them when he stepped into my tub to inspect it. I came home to find a muddy mess and the tub that I just cleaned that morning was full of dirty boot prints. He should have removed his boots or worn protective covers over them. I was very disappointed and became worried about what would happen if I actually hired him.

I'm Ecstatic, Very Pleased with Mr.Vern!!!!!!!!!! Shows up on time! Vents the smell out the window. Primo job and work. High Quality. Very pleasant and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to rehire or refer this contractor for a second! Keep this number!!
