Dogs With Style Mobile Grooming

Wow!!! Not professional at all. I first reached out by email on their website and after three days of no reply back I called them. The woman who answered the phone was very short-spoken and gruff. She didn't ask me my dogs name or even tell me her's. All she cared about was what kind of dog and what I wanted and when. When the guy came to the door, he was just as impolite, he barely acknowledged me and didn't even ntroduce himself, or ask me my name . He kept calling my dog buddy because he had no idea at all what her name was., nor did he even ask ...I finally said to him what her name was. Between the two of them they didn't even care to get to know anything about my dog or me....it's just business. They will only accept cash....go figure.
I almost told him to forget it but I let it go. I was actually completely nervous about letting this guy groom her. Should have listened to my intuition because it turned out to be the worse grooming experience my dog has had in ten years. Bad cut,...BUMMER!!! I'm new to this area and was hoping to find a permanent groomer, but I can guarantee you it won't be this company! BAD DEAL!!!!
