I had a problem with my alarm and needed service. I called and spoke to a young lady who scheduled a service the next day for me. The technician came out and found the problem quickly. Personally I found their prices to be quite reasonable and appreciated their fast service.

This company is very professional. I love the fact that when you call you get a "live" person not some stupid recording. The technician who came to my home was very professional and took the time to explain how exactly to use the system.

Terrible company customer service is bad alarm went off security company called to say they were going to send the police the police came three hours later because the company didn't call until three hours later smh
