Chilli Wrecker Service

I give this place zero stars. My car got towed and I called to find out where it was located so I could pick it up. The man was very rude and short with me. He told me the street and how much it would be to pick it up I told him I'd have to come the next day and he didn't tell me that no one would be there or that it would cost $30 more each day. I went the next day and no one was there. There were no signs or anything. I called several times and no one answered. Finally I left and came the next day thinking maybe they were closer Memorial Day and didn't tell me. I went the next day and finally got someone to answer who had to drive there and meet me. I had to pay $60 more even though they didn't bother to answer the phone so I couldn't pick it up. The man was again very rude and acted like I was stupid and it was my fault they didn't answer. Don't bother going here as who knows when you'll get your car and you'll have to pay for their laziness.
