Carol's Green Thumb

She does not pay her bills. Full of "alternative facts" - wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. She talks the talk but follow thru is horrible.

The company never showed. Took a few calls to get her over to do an estimate. Heard some excuses, after reading another reviewer I see this is a pattern with her. We hired her and she didn't show for two weeks. On the third week I hired someone else. Carol's never returned any phone calls. Did get in touch with her by text twice but she still never showed up. I can't believe someone would run a business like this.... lots of lawn maintaince places in PTC... do not choose this one.

Similar experience as most other reviewers. Gave her 3 stars because job is 90% complete, getting the final 10% done has been impossible. They installed sod in my back yard about a month ago, it looks good but a little lumpy. They were supposed to come back and roll the sod a week after installation, but did not show. After numerous phone calls and promises (now I don't get a return call), guess the grass will have to level itself. Could not recommend them.

I told her I wanted the yard landscaped. I left many messages. never a call back.
