5/2022 update: Had another great service call by BugMan. Mason is our new representative and he showed the same level of courtesy and knowledge that Steve did. He is above and beyond friendly and answered all of my questions quickly. Thankful for service providers that respond and show up when stated!Steve just left our house and I wanted to take a minute to say that he is not only friendly and courtesy but so very knowledgeable. This is the second time he has been out to spray for carpenter bees. He is mindful of our home, our windows and the birds nests around. We definitely would recommend calling Bug man for your insect issues (or BEFORE they start). Amanda in the Christiansburg office is so awesome to talk to as well. Many thanks to Bug man!!
Wasps
As always a prompt effective service by Bug Man. Wasps were gone one day after the service call. This is the only service we will use and highly recommend it to others. Very professional from the office to the actual service.

Crickets

Earwigs
Earwigs are active at night and hide in cracks or underneath objects in damp areas during the day. They live under rocks and logs and in mulch. Flies
Found in all regions of the United States. Very shiny black to dark reddish brown in color. The male is about 1 1/4″ long while the female reaches only 1″ in length. Centipedes
Found throughout the whole country. House centipedes live in damp areas such as cellars, basements, closets and bathrooms. Outdoors they can be found in damp locations, in moistened soil and mulch beds and under leaves and stones etc.
Millipedes
Unlike centipedes that have a flattened shape; millipedes have round bodies and love to coil up when resting. They also have two pairs of legs for almost each body segment; that is twice that of the centipede. They are brownish in color and are usually between 1/2″ and 1 1/2″ long.
Beetles
Powder post beetles are most often found in any type of wood: hardwoods including flooring and trim, and also softwoods such as wall framing and support joists. They are also found in cabinets, furniture and picture frames.
Hornets
I had a mad nest of hornets/yellow jackets on my porch making it impossible to get my mail and enjoy summer evening porch sits! I had already poured nearly $100 into buying bottles of sprays and foams that just weren't getting rid of them. Bug man Exterminating had a powder that normal mortals like us can't get our hands on. My exterminator was able to "dust" the nest area and take care of my problem. Plus, he was super nice:) I'm so looking forward to enjoying my porch again!!
Yellow Jackets
Excellent sameday service to eliminate a nest of yellow jackets. We was not able to see the nest since it was under some tools and equipment. The technician was successful in eliminating the pest. This Is day 2 since he was here and no bee's to be seen.
