I want you to know that Ms. Ch...

I want you to know that Ms. Char was very professional, respectful and was very helpful. I was experiencing problem with one of my front lights, on my vehicle, and I had no experience of the problem, but was told at one of the shops that I had a burnt out light so I went and bought one. To my greatest surprise, when I was at the auto repair center, and I explained my problem to the manager Ms. Char, and I asked for an estimate i.e., the cost for labor because I had the part she told me a technician would do the inspection for free of charge, and if it was a minor problem, they would replace the bulb without any cost, but gave me an authorization from and sign as authorizing the inspection, and if it was a minor problem, they would fix it for me without any cost because I had my parts. Indeed it turned out to be a minor problem and took the technician a couple of minutes and he rectified the electrical connection, and the old bulb worked well without a replacement, and my car keys were given back to me without paying a single cent, and Ms. Char said “Our company does this type of service to our customers free of charge†. But my question was how many auto repair center does this excellent customer service? I believe very few if any including Bucky’s.



The most important thing I would like your company to take note about Ms. Char is that I observed her showing excellent leadership to other customers who came in while I was waiting for my car. She was very friendly and spoke to her workers with respect, got to the work shop and saw how they were doing their jobs while running in and out of the office and the shop, and was handling many tasks simultaneously. While other customers were admiring her good attitude and leadership trait.



I believe these facts need your attention and to know that Ms. Char serves as a valuable asset to Bucky’s. Undoubtedly, customer service is a great strategy for a company as it helps the company to be successful among rival competitors, particularly in your industry, where technology continues to advance with so many competitors in the market and consumers have options to choose from, as new entrants trying to capture some of your company’s market shares. I honestly believe that Ms. Char has good leadership, and business knowledge, and very likely with the understanding of Bucky’s vision and mission, and working as a team, will inspire other team members to know that the success of Bucky’s depends upon their good work, and they are there to make Bucky’s a better company to serve customers and help Bucky’s achieve its company goal.



I believe Ms. Char needs appreciation from your company for her excellent job to customers. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any customer particularly at Ms. Char’s auto repair center.

Comments: I wanted to ensure the Buckys in Fife Washington got huge kudos from me. Char has been nothing but accomodating to me. I started coming to this buckys 3 years ago, when Char took over I made this my go to shop! She has worked with me over and over in repairs, times, emergencies you name it! She and her crew deserve a nod from me for superior work and management, I have brought over as many as 5 vehicles that I have owned over this time, as long as this company keeps up with this level of professionalism, they have a customer for life. Thank you.

I would say NEVER take your car there if you want to have it back not in pieces. They do not know what they are doing and the manager is a big liar! I took my car to the Buckys in Fife to fix a little problem and found it all destroyed with the engine in the back of the car. Nobody feels responsible for that. Their corporate is even worse! Advise: stay away from BUCKYS. Go to the professionals!

The service I get from Char and the team in Fife is so impressive that I joined this site just to write a review.



The customer service you will receive here will remind you of the old days when businesses used to care about their clientele. Five stars for customer service.



Each time I have had a problem with my car Char and her mechanics explained what was wrong, how it would affect performance and how much of a priority it is without steering or trying to over sell. I have never felt pressure to make any descisions. Five stars for respect



When I did authorize repairs they were always upfront with the costs and were thurough with the inspections the first time so that there weren't any surprises. Five stars for honesty



Repairs were always done promptly and they never overcharge for labor. Five stars for quickness and efficiency.



If you want special treatment from your auto repair friends this is where you want to go.

I came to your company after my accident ,and you did the work on my truck. You had my truck for 2 in a half weeks and did not do the work, that was requested to be done and nearly cost me and a family member to be killed due to your poorly skilled employees. I will never use your service again and

I will let anyone who asks never to use you company. You don't value your customer's or your work . As a customer I don't want to give you the time of day. They are not even certified.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
