Called and left message with secretary to have my stove and dishwasher repaired.



Dishwasher-

It's normal to describe the problem over the phone. Water does not come out of the top spout to clean dishes on the top rack and one wheel from my rack was missing. But I was surprised to be asked to figure out over the phone what parts I needed to order for the dishwasher. I'm not a professional - that's why I called one. Anyway he replaced the wheel and said it would clean now. But the dishes on my top rack still do not get clean!



Stove-

Shocked people, a flame would shoot out of one of the burners and had a bad electrical smell. He replaced the burner and knob. The knob sticks 1/4 inch out from all the other knobs. How tacky is that! A week later the same burner shot out a large flame and gave a major shock to my son!



I get sick to my stomach every time I look at that tacky knob and I am back to hand washing dishes until I can get enough money for someone else to do the job right!
