This is a terrible cleaning service. I do not live in the area and have to trust what is done until i get to see the service provided myself. Maria made an appointment for me right away and made me pay her right away too. I asked her to clean only two small bathrooms, a small kitchen, and an entry hall way. When I went to see the townhouse 5 days later, the stove was not clean, the tub did not looked like it was touched, the toilet was still dirty and all the sinks had dust and dirt all over them. I asked her what she cleaned and she said she cleaned the floors. I asked her about the freezer and she said since the fridge was on (in an empty house/fridge), that she could not clean the freezer. That I needed to have this off, yet she did not tell me this ahead of time. I called her to complain about the house not being clean and she said there is nothing she can do for me and then hung up on me twice. She is thief and I would never recommend her to my friends. Everyone else that I do business with for my house has done it professionally even though I am not there. I am very disappointed with how everything still looks dirty and at the rudeness of her attitude after she got paid.
