I get it. Having your car impounded sucks. What sucks even more is talking to the manager and asking him about the process of getting you car out. I was out of state for a while and asked if my family could pick it up for me. All of his responses were incredibly rude. He is really not a pleasant man to deal with. Asking for clarification? For get about it. He's got a short temper and the worst customer service I've ever had. I called him back a few days later, was super nice, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt...but I got the same irritable man. And between coordination with my family and this company, they felt the same way. That is NOT how you deal with people...or how you treat humans in general. Worst manager ever. Absolutely horrible experience ....not the car being impounded, but just merely interacting with this man.

Provided by SuperpagesDo NOT use this company. They charge $50.00 for the towing and another $20.00 for the receipt, which you need, so you can get reimbursed from your auto insurance. They REFUSE to give receipts unless you pay for them. AND, if you show up on their property to request a receipt, they accuse you of trespassing and insurance fraud and threaten to call the police. Even if you are asking for a receipt for services already rendered and paid for, in cash, at the time the car was towed, and the driver didn't provide a receipt at that time.
