Akita Refrigeration Service

He gets no rating from me he came & got my money on a mon didnt come back till that thur my furnacewhat still not fix that night I called him the next morningwhich was Fridaylong story short its been 2 weeks later and my furnace is still not fixed

He hit us up for a $100 advance to buy a part for our refrigerator and that was the last we saw of him. How does this guy keep up what he is doing? Has anyone had work done by him who had good results?

DO NOT FALL PREY to Gary,owner of Akita Refrigeration. He repaired my refrigerator, it worked a few days and he made a return call and stated we needed a new part. We never heard from him again.our calls have gone unanswered . I learned that his address is to a UPS store and the mailbox there is closed. We paid $245.00. I plan to file formal complaints with respective agencies.

No stars but it made me choose one. Gary the owner did work. Quoted me more after. Now my furnance will not come on. I called him he dodged my calls. I called from another number he answers. He screamed saying he will not service me since i called from a different number. I called to havehim comeback out. He kept telling me the next day then stop answering. The address on reciept is made up. Its a address to a ups store. He is using his cell phone but the voicemail makes you believe its a company phone.. please if you find him take his plate number and call police. I made a report on him. He owes me i had to pay another service.

I only gave Akita Refridgeration one star because i couldn't give it a rating without one. Gary cheated my mother out of $200.00! He came to my mmther's home in the early part of August to repair her fridge. When he left, the fridge still had the same problem, 3 days later he told my mother he would come back and fix it. He never did. Since then he dodges her phone calls. We have tried to file a smalls claim in court against him but could not because the recepit on the address is the UPS Store....26300 Ford RD. Dearborn Heights MI.....my mother called the media and they called him. He called my mother saying "are you tryin to threaten me?" then he told her "the checks in the mail"....she hasnt received her refund.....my mother is a senior citizen and cares for my mentallly disabled brother-IF HE DID THAT TO THEM THEN YOU KNOW HE'LL DO IT TO YOU
