Additionally, Roto-Rooter, like all reputable plumbers, cannot effectively quote a cost estimate on a shower repair or any other plumbing problem without examining the plumbing and understanding the entirety of the situation. There could be other faulty parts contributing to the problem or the cartridge may be stuck in place due to corrosion. Surrounding parts may need to be replaced in tandem with the cartridge for it to work properly. For these reasons, Roto-Rooter will send a plumber to your home to assess the problem in person. The plumber will then quote you a cost estimate in writing. If you choose to have the work done, the plumber will get right to work fixing the problem.

Sewer Cleaning
In 1933, Samuel Blanc created a funny-looking sewer cleaning machine from a 1/6 HP Maytag washing machine motor, roller skate wheels and 3/8 inch cable to turn the blades.
