A Ok Towing

I disagree with the customers allegation that we damaged her car. There was something already wrong with her car or she wouldn't have called us to jump start it. It wouldn't start, so we towed it across town to a mechanic (a friend of hers) that told her we damaged it. I consulted several master technicians and they all said we could not have damaged the $555.00 part by attempting to jump start it. She wouldn't let us have another mechanic take a look at it, and she didn't try to sue us as she stated. I'm sure any attorney would tell her she did not have a case. I'm sorry her car was broken, but we didn't break it.
