Wow! Beautiful place! Love the decor! The food was delicious! I recommend trying the hot cocoa service. Our waiter was lovely and very attentive. It definitely is as good as the hype says! Can't wait to go back!

Sinema exhibits an eclectic American menu that is unique to Nashville, with emphasis on classically inspired dishes with a modern spin. Sinema is housed in Nashville's historic Melrose theatre. The theatre opened in 1942 and quickly became a local hotspot throughout the 40s and 50s.
