        Northwest was called this evening 1-9-2014, because my truck broke down on the bypass in muncie. I was told they would not come out tonight to help me. The website says 24 hour service 365 days a year.

        Very courteous and quick. Towed my wrecked car out of a ditch. I didn't have to wait long at all. Also, unlocked my car for me on another occasion. I would recommend them.
